Lesson: "Mix It UP"
* Create a mixed media work that uses at least 3 media
* The image must be original
* The images you work from must have strong light sources
* The image must be based in a subject you can see (observational)
* The finished product must utilize the rule of three
* There must be an area of emphasis
* A range of value must be evident
* Use color, line, space, texture and/or shape to create a rhythm throughout the work
* Strong craftsmanship and intentionality should be represented in the final work.

Choose from your photos of your still life. You can use photomania to enhance and emphasize the darks and lights.
* Keep copies of your photos in your art ideas slide show for safe keeping then paste any photos you'd like to use for your mixed media project in one of these slide shows so that it can be printed.

After finishing the Exquisite Corpse Head, Torso and Legs you should continue to work on your "Mix it Up" assignment.

Self portrait: Draw a self portrait emphasizing the following:
* Foreshortening
* Realistic interpretation of form
* Include something that makes it "you"
* Engaging composition (utilize rule of 3 or golden ratio
* Intentional color palette or connections
* Close up (zoomed) composition
Covid connections:
* A subject that is commonly seen or experienced since the pandemic
* The subject is presented in a creative viewpoint, yet realism exists in the work
* Engaging composition (utilize rule of 3 or golden ratio
* Intentional color palette or connections
* Close up (zoomed) composition
Observational Drawing:
* A subject that reflective of light
* The subject has a strong light source and is high in contrast
* Engaging composition (utilize rule of 3 or golden ratio
* Proportions are as accurate as possible and relationships within the composition are visually realistic
* Close up (zoomed) composition
