* You can do this by just looking at objects using your chromebook
Search "steampunk objects" or any of the following:
Pipes Clocks Gears Top Hats Aviator hats and Glasses Mechanical
things bolts wingnut bicycle chain locks keys canes goggles
wings (leather) blimps flying wings and crafts Leonardo DaVinci sketches steam stoves steam conveyor belts pulleys temperature measurement tools compass pressure gauge typewriter hour glass
simple machines gas masks helmets plague masks long trench coats zippers boots with buckles buckles science experiment equipment beakers and test tubes
Any images you like copy and paste them into your art ideas slide show then draw from them.
Step # 6: Either use your tube tutorials or simply sketch from images for this next step: Create drawings of 3 objects that could reflect a steampunk vibe. These completed drawings will be the first part of your steampunk grade.
Step # 7- WATCH THIS!:
After you have decided which object or objects will be the emphasis or center of attention for your design you will trace it (lightly using a pencil) onto the nice drawing paper. This will be tagged "final paper for steampunk zentangle" on the tall bookcase. You can use either a light table or a window to make it easier.
Step # 8-Watch the rest of these videos during task, at home or during a small amount of free time at the end of class. Make sure you watch them BEFORE starting step #9.

Step # 9- Begin to choose and add objects and zentangle that you think are interesting. Use:
to find some ways to design zentangles outward.
Beware of placement of details !!!! You will be graded on your ability to make a composition that keeps the viewer's eyes on the paper!
