Step #1: Download your drawing resource and adjust it  using photomania.

Step#2: Create a slide on your art ideas slide show.  Insert your edited drawing resource photo.

Step # 3: Copy the slide of your drawing resource and paste it into your color group for printing

Step #4: Join the class and watch these edpuzzles on your grade level drawing class:

* "Symbols"

* "Enlarging from a transparency"

*"Where are the viewfinders"

*"Finding edges"

*"Identifying edges soft and crisp"

*"Quieting the shades in the square"

Step #5: Use a magic eraser to clean a transparency and attach the transparency to your photo. (Make sure it's not BACKWARD!)

Step# 6: Get the large drawing grid from the drawer to the far right on the counter

Step #7: Watch "Intro to line" on edpuzzle

Step #8: Begin finding the easiest lines of the edges of the your subject in the most simple squares first. (Work with light pencil lines that can be easily erased.)

Step#9: When identifying edges that are tricky: review this edpuzzle: "Identifying Edges"

Step# 10: If working with reflective surfaces or eyes: review this edpuzzle: "Shapes and using a viewfinder"

Step#11: See Mrs. Dennis before drawing complex textures like hair or fur

 Step #12: Watch "contour" on edpuzzle then see Mrs. Dennis when your entire contour lines are completed.

Step#13: Watch "Craftsmanship" and "Value" on edpuzzle 

Step#14: Get paper from Mrs. Dennis to transfer your image from your drawing grid (Discuss your medium of choice.)

Step#15: Show your transfer to Mrs. Dennis then begin to lay in the value on your portrait.
