After school glass fusing and silver clay workshops fund 5th grade glass fusing!
Mrs. Rice donates time and materials to ensure that our fifth grade students will be able to participate in glass fusing workshops in the Spring of each year. The proceeds from after school workshops fund these workshops. Thank you to all participants!
Black Glue Drawing
Students in grades one through five draw using black glue. This medium creates a defining edge to the drawings while also adding contrast. Grades one and three explore line and composition non-objectivly while grade two and five connects to the Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Fourth grade explores dives into work by Texas artist J. Vincent Scarpace
